2. Shuttle mode. Shuttle car is a new type of rail material transport vehicle, which can quickly shuttle on the fixed track to complete material handling. Under some special conditions, the automatic material handling system composed of shuttle buses is very simple and convenient. For example, in order to complete the automatic operation of pallets in and out of the multi-lane stereoscopic warehouse, it is usually necessary to transport the pallets horizontally relative to the lane. It is an ideal mode to achieve this by ferry.
3. Automatic conveyor line: circular shuttle bus mode. The circular ferry can transport pallets horizontally or vertically, and multiple ferry vehicles can operate at the same time, with strong transport capacity.
4. AGV mode. AGVS is an automatic conveying system composed of AGV, which can flexibly convey pallets with long conveying distance.
For the implementation of the tray automatic conveying system of the specific automated warehouse system, it is necessary to analyze the specific problems according to the actual situation. Each of the above automatic transportation modes has its advantages and disadvantages. When designing the automatic transportation line system, it is necessary to first clarify the requirements and objectives of the transportation system. How to choose a cost-effective and ideal mode of transportation is very important for the following reasons: 1. Special requirements for transporting goods and pallets.
