The automatic conveyor line has become an indispensable part of the mechanization and automation of the material handling system.

Basic information of automatic conveyor line: automatic conveyor line is mainly used to complete its material transportation task. In the site around the warehouse, production workshop and packaging workshop, there is a series of conveyor chains composed of many belt conveyors and roller conveyors, which are connected end to end, forming a continuous conveyor line. Fork device, elevator and ground conveyor line are set at the entrance of the material and the exit of the sorting conveyor line - the entrance of the conveyor. In this way, a closed circulating conveying line system is formed in the warehouse, production workshop and packaging workshop, which can reach all production posts smoothly at the same time. All materials related to the materials, parts, components and finished products used in the production process need to be packed in the tray box with barcode before entering the conveyor line system. Under the action of the production order issued by the production management system, the pallets filled with materials enter the conveying line system from the designated entrance.
According to the production instructions, the automatic control system of the automatic conveyor line mainly uses PLC control technology, through the automatic identification function of the system and the conveyor line system, automatically and flexibly transports the production materials in the tray box from one position on the production site to another at a reasonable path and a fast speed, to ensure the coordinated production of various products and rapid changes as required, thus completing the space-time transfer of production materials, Ensure high-energy operation of plant equipment and production. In this process, the reasonable path control becomes the technical key of the logistics automatic control system, while the other parts of the system work around the path control.
At each entrance of the automatic conveying line, the operators put the materials into different tray boxes according to the production plan, and then input the barcode of these tray boxes into the production management system through the hand-held barcode laser scanner. According to the received barcode and production scheduling plan, the production management system immediately generates production instructions for each pallet box and puts them in the production order table for the automatic logistics control system to search. Each production order consists of three parts: the barcode on the pallet box, the entry position and exit position of the pallet box on the conveyor line.
With the development of the times, the requirements for automatic conveyor lines are also higher and higher, and the application of automatic conveyor lines in automatic equipment is more and more extensive. The design of automatic conveyor line should adapt to the development of the times according to the different uses of automation, and adopt some new automation technologies to optimize the automatic conveyor line to better meet the needs of products.
