1、 Application method of automatic assembly line in electronic factory:
The assembly line equipment of the electronic factory is usually the belt assembly line, because the products of the electronic factory are usually very small, and the belt assembly line can be installed on the industrial aluminum frame to bear the weight. Some assembly lines are also equipped with aluminum profile workbenches for placing certain tools and materials, while some workbenches that need to be anti-static also use industrial aluminum profiles, which can prevent static electricity and ensure production safety.
2、 Application method of automatic assembly line in automobile manufacturing plant:
For automobile manufacturers, many parts and components need to be completed by automatic production lines in the production process. Due to the large number of cars and the low efficiency of manual production, the assembly line is indispensable. Robots are used in welding and assembly workshops. The outside of the welding robot shall be protected by a protective cover made of industrial aluminum profiles. This protective cover is usually composed of aluminum profile and acrylic plate, aluminum plate or plexiglass plate to prevent sparks from splashing into human eyes.

Automatic assembly line is widely used in today's society. With the promotion of new energy vehicles, environmentally friendly electric vehicles have become a new trend of energy conservation and emission reduction. Lithium-ion battery is a good green battery because of its high efficiency, safety and reliability. Lithium ion batteries will be used more and more widely. Lithium-ion battery consists of three parts: battery, protective circuit and shell. The shell is divided into shell and cover. The battery cover needs to be equipped with insulating sealing rings, gaskets, etc. The traditional battery cover is manually assembled by workers, and needs to undergo carving, laser welding, CCD detection, bending of cover film and flexible film, and cleaning of fixture. The workflow configuration of the corresponding production line leads to high labor intensity, high production cost, low production efficiency and low assembly accuracy, which cannot meet the needs of mass battery production. Automatic assembly line can effectively solve these problems.
The beneficial effect of the lithium battery automatic assembly line is that the battery raw material package enters the glove box from the feeding box, the battery raw material package automatically scans and weighs, the weighed battery raw material package automatically enters the material conveying device, the conveying device automatically enters the liquid filling tank for liquid filling, and the filled cells enter the static tanks 1, 2, and 3 respectively, and then rest. After the electrostatic battery enters the sealing cylinder through the automatic assembly line, it is vacuumed and sealed. The sealed battery will be automatically weighed again. Unqualified heavy products will be disposed in the recovery transition tank on the left, and qualified batteries will be automatically sent into the discharge chamber. The whole battery automatic assembly line production process does not require manual intervention, which greatly reduces labor intensity and production costs, and greatly improves work efficiency.
