The automatic conveyor line can be divided into inbound conveyor line and outbound conveyor line according to its functions. The storage line quickly and accurately distributes the pallet containers transported from the storage yard to the storage platform of each lane, and then the stacker will put them on the shelf. The outbound conveyor line is to transport the pallet boxes taken out by the stacker to the outbound operation site of the warehouse, and then transport them out of the warehouse for loading. In some logistics and warehousing enterprises, when the flow volume of inbound and outbound pallet containers is not too large, the inbound and outbound transportation lines can also be shared by one transportation line, so that the inbound and outbound operations can be carried out successively.
In addition to the two basic functions of inbound operation and outbound operation, some other functions are added to the transportation lines of logistics warehouses with different properties and purposes to form a more complete and high-energy automatic transportation line system. For example, in the warehouse operation, if only part of the goods in the pallet box are delivered, a section with picking and restocking functions should be set on the delivery line. For another example, before warehousing operations, it is often necessary to carry out packaging, weighing, stacking, inspection and other operations, so it is required that the warehousing conveyor line should be matched or connected with the next equipment to divert these operations. The common mechanical equipment for the automatic conveyor line system is the drum conveyor line and the chain conveyor line. At the intersection of the main line and the branch line of the transmission line, mobile vehicles, lifting platforms and universal platforms are often used to branch and merge the logistics. In order to save area, in large automated warehouses, the inbound and outbound conveyor lines are usually arranged on the same line, divided into two layers. At this time, the elevator will be used in the system to connect the upper conveyor line and the ground conveyor line.
Automatic conveyor line: The control requirements for automatic entry and exit are as follows: 1. Address identification control: that is, the conveyor system can accurately send the container into or out of the warehouse fork conveyor according to the address of the container. Generally, analog coding is used for tracking control. 2. Automatic adjustment function: it can intelligently and automatically adjust the logistics rhythm of the entire warehouse transportation, so that the entire transportation system is smooth and high-energy. 3. It can be closely connected with all the equipment of the entire automated warehouse and combined with warehouse management to form a complete automated warehouse control system.
The position detection of the whole automatic conveying line system is completed by photoelectric switch. PLC coordinates and controls the cargo transportation of the whole conveying line to meet the high-precision requirements of modern logistics warehousing. When carrying out warehouse control, we should pay attention to that the outbound goods should not collide with the goods on the inbound trunk conveyor. The general solution is to divide the trunk conveyor into outbound and inbound.
