1、 Features of automatic assembly line:
Typical assembly line production has the following characteristics:

2. Each work place on the assembly line is arranged in the order of product flow. Only one or several working procedures are fixed in each workplace, with a high degree of specialization.
3. The automatic assembly line produces at a uniform pace (the so-called pace is the time interval between two identical products produced before and after the assembly line);
4. The production capacity of the working place of the automatic assembly line is balanced and proportional, and the single processing time of each process is equal to the beat or multiple of the beat;
5. The assembly line is equipped with special conveying device, and the product moves along the one-way transportation route.
The automatic assembly line is suitable for producing the following products:
1. The finalized products with large batch and certain production cycle; Such as automatic cartoning machine production line and non-standard production line;
2. The product structure is convenient for transportation, automatic loading and unloading, positioning and clamping, automatic processing, assembly and detection;
3. The product structure is complex, there are many processing procedures, and the process route is too long, which makes the designed automation equipment subsystem too many, the structure is too complex, and the body is too large, which is difficult to control or even cannot guarantee the processing quantity and quality of the product;
4. Production process based on packaging and assembly technology.

Maintenance method of automatic assembly line equipment
1. Maintenance of front gear box: after about three months of first use, drain the oil in the gear box and clean the inside of the gear box with diesel or gasoline. After emptying, add new lubricating oil in the middle of the observation window and replace the lubricating oil once a year. Check the capacity of lubricating oil regularly. Too much lubricating oil will cause the gearbox to heat up, and too much motor load will cause the motor maintenance switch to trip. Too little lubricating oil will cause the gearbox to heat up, cause the noise to increase, and the gearbox will be hung up and scrapped.
2. How to maintain the governor and motor: do not let water enter the motor, and do not add diesel, liquid and other organic compounds into the motor, because this may damage the insulation of the motor by mistake.
3. Chain maintenance method: after the chain is temporarily operated, the original lubricating oil may be heated and volatilized, resulting in the chain imbalance, noise increase, crawling, etc. In this case, you can open the sealing plate at the end of the machine and add butter or thick lubricating oil to the chain.
