1.0 Design Description

B49-28/YL 160KG accumulation underslung conveyor is highly automatic and mechanical conveying equipment which realizes some specially designed technique process. It is composed of driving device, tension device, driving chain, straight rail, vertical bending rail, horizontal bending rail, stopper, trolley, compressing device, retaining device, pneumatic control system, and electrical apparatus control system. Driving device supplies motive power for driving chain and other devices coordinate process flow and operation.

1.3 Operating Principle

Accumulation underslung conveyor is composed of upper and lower tracks. The upper track is driving track and the lower is bearing track. Goods can be supported by the bearing trolley and operates driven by the chain pusher along bearing track. The trolley is composed of the front, tail and equalizer. There is stopper on the line, which makes the trolley out of driving by chain pusher and stops on the set position. On the storing section of stop position, every trolley owns retaining device preventing stopping of trolley in load and unload. Compressing device is used to prevent the shaking of the trolley which will affect operation of load and unload operator.

1.3.1Driving device: Motor reducer outputs power which is driven to the square screw by chain wheels. Through helical motion, guide bearing of driving chain moves along the track, and then, the driving chain drives pusher to operate continuously. The driving device is equipped with torque limiter to prevent overload. Together with frequency converter, it realizes stepless speed regulation within the allowable range.

1.3.2Tension device is used to adjust length of driving chain and ensure the reliable operation of driving device. Stroke adjustment: L=230mm

1.3.3Driving chain: driving chain is composed of chain pieces, bearing, cross spider, pusher, etc. The trolley travels under the pushing of pusher on driving chain.

1.3.4Straight rail: It is composed of upper driving rail and lower bearing rail; integral welded structure

1.3.5Vertical bending rail: It is composed of upper driving rail and lower bearing rail; integral welded structure; spec: a=45º, 30º

1.3.6Horizontal bending rail: It is composed of upper driving rail and lower bearing rail; integral welded structure

1.3.7Stopper:Stopper is used to control the stopping position of the trolley in conveying system. It adopts cylinder and double electrically controlled magnetic valve to control operation of the stopper.

1.3.8The trolley is composed of the front, tail and load-carrying equalizer. In the bearing rail, the trolley travels by the driving of chain and control of stopper.

1.3.9Load and unload part of compressing device compresses the guide bearing of the trolley, getting rid of the gap between trolley and rail and reducing the shaking of trolley.

1.3.10Stop device help the trolley stop reliably, preventing back draught.

1.3.11 Pneumatic control system compresses air to the magnetic exchange valve through air filter, controls cylinder of stopper and stop it, realizing control of stopping position of the trolley.
