2、 The characteristics and principle of the accumulation type suspension conveyor
1. Features of the accumulation type suspension conveyor:
Compared with the general suspension conveyor, the accumulation type suspension conveyor has double guide rails. The upper guide rail is traction rail, and the lower one is load rail. The traction chain runs along the traction track. The traction track and chain of the closed track accumulation type suspension conveyor are the traction track and double articulated chain of the closed track suspension conveyor, and a push hook is arranged according to a certain pitch.
The cargo trolley of the accumulation type suspension conveyor operates by breaking the push hook or push rod on the traction chain. Since the truck of the accumulation type suspension conveyor is separated from the traction chain, it can realize more flexible control of the truck. For example, the turnout is used to realize the separate inspection of the truck carrying the goods; Use the stopper to control the fixed point stop of the truck; Use the lifting mechanism to realize the lifting or lowering of a certain section of the bearing track in the conveyor line; Use the rotating mechanism to realize the fixed point rotation of a certain section of bearing track.
2. The principle of accumulation type suspension conveyor:
The cargo trolley of the closed rail suspension conveyor consists of three parts: the front trolley, the rear trolley and the balance beam. The transported goods are on the equalizing beam. The front end of the front trolley has a wide "front pawl". The front pawl engages with the four-wheel push hook on the traction chain to make the truck run. The upper part of the rear trolley has a narrow and long "rear axle". When the first trolley comes to the stopper, the stopper baffle, which is transverse to the upper part of the bearing rail, lifts the traction chain pushing mechanism along it, disengages the engagement with the trolley, and stops the trolley at the stopper. When the rear trolley is pulled down to the back of the first trolley by the pusher, the pusher is forced to lift and disengage from the engagement with the front pawl due to the "rear axle", so that the second trolley also stops. In this way, the following trucks will be parked behind the first truck one by one. When the stopper is opened according to the command, the stopper baffle retracts, and the first truck enters into operation first. As the "rear axle" of the first truck left, the second truck was put into operation. The cargo cars in the rear are put into operation one by one. When the truck is running in the line system, it often needs to "transfer" from one traction chain to another. For example, through turnout, direct transmission, etc. The "transfer" of the trolley between the traction chains of the closed track accumulation type suspension conveyor depends on the wide "front paw" of the front trolley. Due to the large width of the push hook and front pawl, the front pawl is already in the meshing area of the second traction chain push rod when the truck is disengaged from the first traction chain push rod.
